Reviewers consistently describe Carlo as someone who shows up when promised, executes high-quality work with care, and leaves the site clean. Jobs range from small repairs to kitchen and bathroom renovations; he handles multiday projects and same-day fixes with equal professionalism.
Communication, punctuality, and visible pride in craftsmanship are hallmarks. Customers report he sources hard-to-find materials, cleans up thoroughly after each day, and maintains friendly contact before, during, and after work. Several have rehired him or plan to.
Most jobs land on time with fair pricing and polished finishes, but one reviewer's bathrooms developed mould and crumbling grout within a year, and the owner's heated response to the complaint made things worse. The bulk of work stays clean, communicative, and strong; the durability issue and customer service stumble stand out as genuine concerns.
Jacqui and her team deliver genuine, hands-on guidance without pushiness. First-time renovators particularly value her time spent on design decisions, sizing, and contractor recommendations that save money and stress. The showroom stocks bathroom, kitchen, and tile options in one place. Staff respond quickly to queries, remember repeat customers by name, and connect clients with contractors who deliver quality work at competitive rates.
Reviewers consistently praise the design team, particularly named designers like Kendra, Emma, and Sebastian, for understanding their vision and creating beautiful, functional spaces. However, a significant share report serious delays, poor communication, missed appointments, and management failures that overshadow the quality of the finished product. Payment disputes and broken completion dates are recurring themes in negative reviews.
