Corrections, disputes and removals

Perth Reno Hub is an independent directory that lists renovation contractors across Perth metro. Every listing draws from publicly available business information, and scores come from a single, fixed rubric applied consistently to all public Google reviews for each business. Listings are free to create and maintain. Paying for a listing will never improve a score or change your ranking on the site. This page explains how we handle corrections to your business details, disputes about your score, and requests to remove your listing. The full rubric is published under our rubric.

Fixing your business details

Your listing includes core facts like your business name, address, phone number, website, opening hours, and services. To update any of these fields, send us the correct information along with proof we can verify it against, such as your website, your Google Business Profile, or official registration documents. Once verified, the correction is applied to your listing and will stay in place through future data updates.

Disputing your score

Scores are never hand-edited by our team. A score dispute is a claim that the input data is wrong: perhaps your listing is matched to the wrong business, reviews are attributed to you incorrectly, or a summary of what reviewers wrote is inaccurate. When you dispute a score, we re-check the sources and regenerate your listing from the ground up. A dispute is not a request for a higher number; it is a claim that the current data is incorrect.

Removing your listing

We remove listings when a business has permanently closed, when a listing is a duplicate, or when the business falls outside Perth Reno Hub's scope. Our monthly re-verification cycle automatically catches permanently closed businesses and removes them. An accurate and in-scope listing may be declined removal, and we will give you the reason plainly.

Response times

Every request you submit receives an acknowledgment within 5 business days. Confirmed removals are processed within 7 days. Requests we decline include a clear explanation of why.
