Most jobs land on time with fair pricing and polished finishes, but one reviewer's bathrooms developed mould and crumbling grout within a year, and the owner's heated response to the complaint made things worse. The bulk of work stays clean, communicative, and strong; the durability issue and customer service stumble stand out as genuine concerns.

Almost all reviewers report smooth projects with skilled trades, clear communication, and finished results they love. Ken, Keith, Paul, Wendy, and Marcus are named repeatedly for professionalism and care. A handful of older complaints mention follow-up issues (broken tiles, poor anti-slip application, cabinet fit problems) and one reviewer found post-completion responsiveness lacking, though the work itself was solid.
