NORMU guides clients through design choices and pre-start selections with personal attention and honest feedback. Reviewers consistently report feeling heard, less stressed, and more confident before their builds begin. Staff including Bame and Rebecca work through colour, finishes, and furniture decisions methodically, offering design ideas while respecting budgets. The team's willingness to challenge clients' ideas and suggest functional solutions they hadn't considered sets them apart. Many note the structured, easy-to-follow process makes what can feel overwhelming into something enjoyable and well-prepared. This is primarily a design consultation service, not a trades company. Their strength lies in helping new homeowners clarify vision and make selections before construction starts. They collaborate with builders (Build Insight WA and AMG Homes are named in reviews), handle cabinetry and materials guidance, and organise assisted shopping trips.
