What do customers say?

Most reviewers report polished, timely repairs with strong communication from trade teams. However, a detailed account describes a 10-month kitchen repair that stalled repeatedly due to unresponsive claims management, missed work, and delayed approvals, forcing the homeowner to coordinate contractors themselves. Quality craftsmanship appears consistent, but large insurance claims may face coordination delays.

  • high-quality workmanship and finishes
  • friendly and professional tradespeople
  • proactive care during stressful repairs
Watch-outs
  • extremely slow project timelines
  • poor claims management and coordination
  • unresponsive case managers
  • incomplete and missed work items

Best for: homeowners with small to medium insurance claims requiring quick, professional repairs.
Think twice if: you have a complex or large-scope insurance claim; coordination and approval timelines can extend significantly, and claims managers may be unresponsive.

EZY TILING SERVICES

4.9(273)✓ Google-verified

Garry and his team deliver consistently high-standard tiling and flooring work across bathroom, kitchen, and whole-home projects. Reviewers praise their professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to manage both supply and installation, often coordinating smoothly with other trades on larger renovations. The main strength is their one-stop service: customers buy tiles from the shop, then the same crew removes old flooring and installs new. Communication is direct and proactive. Complaints centre on occasional tile quality control (chips, uneven cuts) and unclear pricing practices on orders and add-ons, though these are rare in the review set.
