Over 15 years running, Principal Renovations has earned near-perfect reviews for bathroom and kitchen work. Reviewers consistently cite outstanding workmanship, tidy sites kept with plastic sheeting, and owners Matt and Sharon who listen, communicate clearly, and handle problems on the spot. Pricing stays true to quote unless clients request changes; trades arrive punctual and professional.
Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.
Every review is five stars, and the consistent story is one of smooth projects, clear daily communication, and work that meets or exceeds expectations. Luke Hills and his team, including supervisors Jayson Jaeschke and Jason, consistently deliver bathrooms, kitchens, and laundries on schedule with meticulous finishes; they handle problems promptly without blame-shifting or disputes.
Todd and Candice deliver renovations on promised timelines with meticulous planning-one family with a six-month-old baby moved back in exactly when Todd said they would, nine months after quoting. Reviewers consistently praise the daily communication, high-standard tiling work, polite trades who clean up, and honest advice on design choices. This is a kitchen and bathroom specialist with deep project management discipline; minor delays or supplier issues are caught and resolved without affecting the final timeline.
Garry and his team deliver consistently high-standard tiling and flooring work across bathroom, kitchen, and whole-home projects. Reviewers praise their professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to manage both supply and installation, often coordinating smoothly with other trades on larger renovations. The main strength is their one-stop service: customers buy tiles from the shop, then the same crew removes old flooring and installs new. Communication is direct and proactive. Complaints centre on occasional tile quality control (chips, uneven cuts) and unclear pricing practices on orders and add-ons, though these are rare in the review set.
