Most customers report excellent workmanship and communication, with staff like Amenah and Dipali earning specific praise for coordinating multiple trades and maintaining tidy sites. A handful of older complaints cite missed deadlines linked to subcontracting, damp issues that were not properly resolved, and disputes over warranty coverage, though the overall rating of 4.7 across 77 reviews shows these do not dominate the experience.

Ridge Renovations

5.0(41)✓ Google-verifiedPublishes prices

Every review across 40 jobs praises Ridge's ability to plan down to the day, keep sites tidy, and deliver finishes that feel luxurious without the stress. Named designers Lee and Jaryd listen carefully to what buyers want, then show options in their showroom before 3D renders go to site; Andrew directs from start to finish with WhatsApp updates and tradespeople who arrive on time. Bathroom work (ensuite, laundry, tiling, waterproofing) and kitchen renovation (cabinetry, stone benchtops, appliance fit) dominate the feedback, with repeat customers common enough that sons and siblings book in too. What sets them apart is their handling of awkward spaces: a small unit ensuite, a heavily tiled 90s kitchen gutted and rebuilt in four and a half weeks with a wall removed and bearing beam added, floor-to-ceiling laundry redesigns. Named tradespeople like Taj, James, Dave (plumber), Anthony (electrician), and Jamylang (joinery finisher) earn specific mentions for care on details. Pricing sits in the mid-to-premium range, and every job has arrived on time and budget.
