Kitchen Renovations Perth delivers polished kitchen and bathroom work with consistent communication throughout. Reviewers highlight strong trades, high-quality finishes, and realistic timelines, though pricing sits above budget options.
Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.
Reviewers consistently report on-time, on-budget bathroom and kitchen work, with Silvano managing trades and handling the project end-to-end so owners need not. Craftsmanship and material selection draw repeated praise; one customer even received quick after-sales service when a water leak arose months after installation, reinforcing their confidence in the team.
Most reviews praise Design Renovate's professionalism, punctuality, and quality work, with particular strength in extensions and custom design. Two older negative reviews raise concerns: one alleges chaotic, over-budget work and compares the business unfavourably to competitors; another questions whether portfolio images belong to the company. Limited recent review evidence makes current standing unclear.
Reviewers consistently report high-quality tiling and bathroom work from Sam and his team, with particular praise for precision, waterproofing expertise, and calm professionalism. Communication is rapid and ongoing; projects run on schedule; quotes are fair and often include helpful sourcing of finishes. Multiple customers have returned for additional jobs after initial renovations.
